well i'm full of pointless information, not so much about the cure, only cuz i find going through all that is abit much, but i do know that a king of england knighted a piece of meat that's why they call it a sir loin well.. that's what's said anyway.

I'm feeling inspired today...and by Steve Page from the Barenaked Ladies. I wish I could write lyrics as witty as him. I love reading the BNL blog as well. I think I'm going to sit down and try to write something tonight! It's been a while!

40 feet (by franz ferdinand) as i glance upon the foam 40 feet beneath my feet the coldest calm falls through the molten veins cooling all the blood to slush that congeals around the brain
40 feet remain
salt scales upon my drying arms burn my back beneath the sun but i am cold beneath the burning rays looking down, looking down down, down again
40 feet remain

i love ee cummings. he's my favorite poet.
somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond any experience, your eyes have their silence: in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me, or which i cannot touch because they are too near
your slightest look will easily unclose me though i have closed myself as fingers, you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens (touching skilfully, mysteriously)her first rose
or if your wish be to close me, i and my life will shut very beautifully ,suddenly, as when the heart of this flower imagines the snow carefully everywhere descending; nothing which we are to perceive in this world equals the power of your intense fragility:whose texture compels me with the color of its countries, rendering death and forever with each breathing
(i do not know what it is about you that closes and opens;only something in me understands the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses) nobody, not even the rain, has such small hands

i like it when that happens. i was listening to hot fuss whilst reading crimson's christmas story thing, and can i tell you it just made it that much more emotional, cause smile like you mean it came on just at the last bit and then i became a very soggy, tear soaked leo [/color]

aww! it is weird the way 'background' songs can take over what you're reading/doing/ whatever...
