It's from the video to Come To Daddy by the Aphex Twin, in the bit just before the scarey guy climbs out of the TV screaming 'I want your soul' into an old lady's face... one of the evilest (and best) videos ever... done by the same guy (Chris Cunningham) who did Madonna's Frozen (the one where she turns into crows in the middle of the desert)

i suggest trying some 2nd hand places, I've seen it going for about 7 quid before... good DVD though, the bjork vid he done is amazing (the 2 robots getting fruity with each other on the production line)
