Has anyone read Lost Souls by Poppy Z Brite, Its the best Vampire book ever, and she mentions Robert in it repeatedly, warning to the faint at heart its quite dark, lots of homo-eroticism, but the beautiful gotic boys are awesome, I love vampires especially her vampires (God Ive said too much hehe) blushing

She doesn't mix Robert with the eroticism, does she? That might ruin things... If not I'd love to read it!

But being afraid is delightful Cult ~wicked smile~ Robert isnt physically in the story but there is a delightful part where one of the characters is staring up at a poster of Robert, during an erotic encounter and he is imagining being with Robert, OMG I love it, Im A Freak hehe ~Elsha~

for me here darkness was dirty, and i'm not refering to her characters and their relationships. but more along the lines of it was spacey, it jumped about and i didn't connect with him or his plight. i was more concered with that crazy chick and her obessession with green eyes.

Another vampire writer I really like is Laurell K. Hamilton. I love her writing style and Anita Blake is an amazing character! I'm currently writing my own trillogy of vampire books. The first book is finished and I'm currently working on the second. Writing the book was easy...finding a publisher is MURDER!
